Williamsburg Grants & Incentives

Grants for eCommerce, Demolition, Signs, Arts District, targeted industries and the Bicycle Rack are all available incentive programs.  Williamsburg also supports Going Green Incentives, HUB Zone, New Market Tax Credits, EB5 Visa Program, and monthly Business Roundtables for City of Williamsburg businesses to increase communication with existing businesses. James City County Grants & Incentives

James City County provides incentives to both new and existing qualified businesses, including reductions of selected development fees, grants, and bonds. Enterprise Zone and targeted incentives are available to qualified businesses and commercial/industrial property owners for capital investment, real property improvement, and job creation. Tourism Zone incentives are available to businesses whose primary purpose is to provide tourism products, processes or related services that establish James City County a desirable destination. York County Grants & Incentives

York County addresses the needs of existing businesses, while attracting new business and industry to the County, by hosting networking and social events and business seminars. Loans and grants for targeted industries and activities such as e-commerce, home based business transitions, and demolitions on select properties, are also available.  Publicity and marketing assistance is also provided through local and regional campaigns and media opportunities.
